Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Azure Skies Inc. ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile apps we provide on Google Play and the App Store (the "Apps").

1. Who We Are

Azure Skies Inc., based in Japan, is responsible for the information processed in the Apps. For any privacy questions or requests, please contact us at inc.azure.skies@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you for your name, email address, or other contact details in the Apps. The following information is collected or processed when you use the Apps:

  • Device and advertising information: advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, where permitted), IP address, device model, operating system, language settings, and information about the ads shown and your interactions with them. This is collected by the advertising services listed in Section 4.
  • Usage and diagnostic information: how the Apps are used (for example, screens viewed and features used), crash reports, and performance data. This is collected through Google Firebase.
  • App identifiers: a randomly generated identifier issued through Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) and app instance identifiers. These do not reveal who you are.
  • Ranking information (only in Apps with rankings): the display name you enter, your score, a randomly generated user ID, and the date. Your display name and score are shown to other users of the App. Please do not use your real name or other personal information as a display name.
  • Purchase information (only in Apps with in-app purchases): payments are processed by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive your payment card details; we only receive information about the status of your purchase (for example, whether ads have been removed).
  • Data stored on your device: settings, progress, and similar data are stored only on your device and are not sent to us.

3. How We Use Information and Legal Bases

We use the information above for the following purposes. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for each purpose is shown in brackets.

  • To provide the Apps' features, including rankings and purchases [performance of a contract].
  • To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve the Apps [our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Apps].
  • To show personalized ads [your consent].
  • To show non-personalized or limited ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud [our legitimate interests in funding the Apps through advertising, or your consent where required].
  • To comply with legal obligations [legal obligation].

4. Third-Party Services

The Apps use the following third-party services, which collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies:

Through the consent form described in Section 5, the advertising services may also work with other advertising partners. The full list is shown in the consent form.

5. Your Choices About Advertising

  • EEA, UK, and Switzerland: when you first launch an App, a consent form asks whether you agree to the use of your data for advertising. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from "Privacy Settings" on the App's settings screen. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized or limited ads.
  • iOS: the Apps ask for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency. You can change this at any time in your device's Settings.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's settings.

6. International Transfers

The services listed above may store and process information in the United States and other countries outside your own, including Japan. These providers use safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal data from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland.

7. Retention

Data stored on your device is kept until you delete the App. Ranking information is kept while the ranking is provided, or until you ask us to delete it. Information collected by the third-party services is kept for the periods set by each service.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email address above. Because we do not collect your name or contact details, we may ask for information that helps us identify your data, such as your ranking display name. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13. We set the advertising services so that ads suitable for general audiences are shown. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures to prevent the leakage, falsification, loss, or unauthorized access of personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

このプライバシーポリシーは、Azure Skies Inc.（以下「当方」）が Google Play および App Store で提供するアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 運営者

日本を拠点とする Azure Skies Inc. が、本アプリで取り扱う情報の管理者です。プライバシーに関するお問い合わせ・ご請求は inc.azure.skies@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリでは、氏名・メールアドレスなどの連絡先をお尋ねすることはありません。本アプリのご利用にあたり、次の情報を取得または処理します。

  • 端末・広告に関する情報：広告識別子（Android の広告 ID、許可された場合の Apple の IDFA など）、IP アドレス、端末の機種、OS、言語設定、表示された広告とその操作に関する情報。第4項の広告サービスが取得します。
  • 利用状況・診断情報：本アプリの利用状況（表示した画面や使用した機能など）、クラッシュレポート、パフォーマンスデータ。Google Firebase を通じて取得します。
  • アプリ内の識別子：Firebase Authentication（匿名認証）で発行されるランダムな識別子や、アプリのインスタンス識別子。これらからお客様個人が特定されることはありません。
  • ランキング情報（ランキング機能のあるアプリのみ）：お客様が入力した表示名、スコア、ランダムに生成したユーザー ID、日時。表示名とスコアは他の利用者に表示されます。表示名には本名などの個人情報を使わないでください。
  • 購入情報（アプリ内課金のあるアプリのみ）：決済は Google Play または Apple が行います。当方がクレジットカード情報などを受け取ることはなく、購入の状態（広告の削除が有効かどうかなど）のみを受け取ります。
  • 端末内に保存されるデータ：設定や進行状況などは端末内にのみ保存され、当方に送信されることはありません。

3. 利用目的と法的根拠

取得した情報は、次の目的で利用します。欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスにお住まいの方については、各目的の法的根拠を［ ］内に示します。

  • ランキングや購入を含む、本アプリの機能の提供のため［契約の履行］
  • 利用状況の分析、不具合の修正、本アプリの改善のため［本アプリの運営・改善という当方の正当な利益］
  • パーソナライズ広告の表示のため［お客様の同意］
  • パーソナライズしない広告・制限付きの広告の表示、広告の効果測定、不正防止のため［広告収入で本アプリを提供するという当方の正当な利益、または必要な場合はお客様の同意］

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリは次の第三者サービスを利用しており、各社はそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取得・処理します。

第5項の同意フォームを通じて、広告サービスがその他の広告パートナーと連携する場合があります。その一覧は同意フォーム内に表示されます。

5. 広告に関する選択

  • EEA・英国・スイス：本アプリを初めて起動したときに、広告のためのデータ利用に同意するかを確認するフォームが表示されます。選択はいつでも、本アプリの設定画面の「プライバシー設定」から変更・撤回できます。同意しない場合も、パーソナライズしない広告や制限付きの広告が表示されることがあります。
  • iOS：Apple の App Tracking Transparency により、トラッキングの許可をお尋ねします。許可はいつでも端末の「設定」から変更できます。
  • Android：端末の設定から、広告 ID のリセット・削除や、パーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトができます。

6. 外国への移転

上記のサービスは、米国その他、お客様のお住まいの国以外（日本を含む）で情報を保存・処理する場合があります。EEA・英国・スイスからの個人データの移転にあたっては、各社が欧州委員会の標準契約条項などの保護措置を講じています。

7. 保存期間

端末内に保存されるデータは、本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。ランキング情報は、ランキングを提供している間、または削除のご請求があるまで保存します。第三者サービスが取得した情報は、各社が定める期間保存されます。

8. お客様の権利

お住まいの地域の法令（EEA・英国・スイスにおける GDPR を含む）により、お客様はご自身の個人データについて、開示、訂正、削除、利用の制限、当方の正当な利益に基づく処理への異議、データポータビリティ、同意の撤回を求める権利を有する場合があります。ご請求は上記のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。当方はお客様の氏名や連絡先を取得していないため、データを特定するためにランキングの表示名などをお尋ねすることがあります。また、お住まいの地域のデータ保護当局に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。

9. 子どもの情報

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたものではありません。広告サービスは、一般向けに適した広告が表示されるよう設定しています。子どもが本アプリを通じて個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、ご連絡いただければ削除します。

10. セキュリティ対策

適切な技術・物理的・組織的手段を講じて、個人情報の漏えい、改ざん、紛失、不正アクセスを防止します。

11. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、最終更新日を改めたうえで本ページに掲載します。
